If you get a cloud hosting plan from our company and if you take advantage of our email services, you’ll be able to enable spam filters for any of the mailboxes that you create from the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel. With no more than a couple of clicks of the mouse, you can select between five different levels of protection. If you start getting spam, you can start with the lowest one and then gradually increase the level until you stop receiving spam. We use one of the best and most popular filters available called SpamAssassin. It ‘scans’ the header section and the body of each and every email that you receive and calculates a spam score, based on which it either deletes a given email message or allows it to enter your inbox. The Hepsia Control Panel will also permit you to activate custom email filters and either delete unsolicited email messages or redirect them to a 3rd-party address like firstname.lastname@example.org where you can check them again afterwards.

In case you decide to use the mail service that comes with our semi-dedicated servers, you can keep all undesired emails away from your inbox by activating the five-level anti-spam protection service that we offer with each and every semi-dedicated server package. This can be accomplished via the full-featured Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel and we use the powerful SpamAssassin spam filter to ensure that we provide the very best possible protection for our clients. You can have a different protection level for each email account and you can select whether the filtered email messages should be deleted or forwarded to another mailbox where you can read them at a later point in time so as to make sure that you won’t skip legitimate emails. Switching to a different level of protection or disabling the spam protection is also easy and takes several mouse clicks.
