Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you scarcely have time to monitor what is happening with the virtual server – if it is under excessive load or if all the services are running properly. With our Managed Servers deal, we will do this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to our custom server monitoring system and every single time there is a trace of a trouble, our server admins will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server is not the easiest assignment in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your home PC, alternatively arrange some third–party tool. We offer a far simpler and easier way with our Managed Servers package. We will create a full backup copy of your server each week, so you never need to be worried about permanently losing any key data. Last but not least we can always restore a backup copy really fast. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & configure special software apps on it. And if this may sound like something way too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an integral part of our Managed Servers package, is the best solution for you. While using it, you will have the complete and uninterrupted attention of one of our professional technical support engineers who will install and set–up any software app or rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an extra feature.
