Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total authority over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your email accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply specify the email account you wish to forward messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
